Programs with dynamic captions to be detected and swapped. 
Multiple instances of the same program to be run, i.e multiple sessions of a web browser such as internet explorer.

Added option to disable application detection history.

Added additional code to restrict application detection history entries exceeding 500

Reduced application detection watchdog to reduce impact of swapper on cpu usage.
