On request of several testers amended the behavour or the next account icon to 
replace the delete mails from host icon.
Mail accounts are now searched in dial up networking connect order so as to
keep the DUN connection alive when multiple accounts use the same DUN. This reduces
the call connect cost.

Bug fix for errors crept into 1.8.108, the author appologises for any
inconvenience this previous relaease may have caused

Next release with additional functionality and some minor bug fixes on RAS and time outs
